We are now setting up a new line of buildings. These are fully engineered and code* compliant buildings (inspected and approved). They are built on a heavy duty steel skid system, allowing transport by truck. The gas/oil industry has use for residential and office buildings that are specially outfitted for remote locations. Commercial portable offices are another possible application. Our current plan set is rated for high wind and snow loads. It is equipped with a full mechanical system (plumbing, gas water heater, forced air heat and a/c, electric, low-voltage wiring, smoke detectors). Our current 10’6”x43’ plan includes an office, mechanical room, great room with kitchen and laundry, bathroom and bedroom. Unlike many other factory built buildings, we suggest and promote finishes and components that are durable, attractive and give the building long life. Additionally the exterior is maintenance free. We guarantee our work and stand behind our product. |
